Initially, I was referred to Rock Hill Automotive by a tire shop that broke a lug. Because of that interaction, I have been a regular customer for years.
The staff - Ryan, JT, and others I have worked with are professional and respectful. Occasionally things take longer than I would like, but I understand interruptions and things not going as planned. The staff always keeps me apprised of delays so I can manage my day better.
As a woman, I am completely comfortable that none of these employees or the owner, Lee, will sell an unnecessary service. And they are proactive in letting me know what I will need to address short term and longer-term. I have had friends who know about cars check behind this shop's work and recommendations and have always been sure that they have my best interests and safety in mind.

Was greeted as soon as walked through the door. The staff were very friendly and was like I had known them for years. The explained what was wrong with my truck and also suggested another service that I might want to consider either now or at another time. Even thought there Anderson Road shop has closed and their Main Street shop is further away, I will still take my trucks here.
